Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a dynamic fusion of vinyasa yoga, plyometrics, deep abdominal conditioning, tribal movement and cardio dance. Buti is high intensity and the combination of flowing from posture to posture to beat of the music serves as a GPS for the class. The movements are calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and self empowering. Previous exposure to vinyasa yoga is recommended.
